Pai Gow Poker is a cutting-edge game with old ancestry. Based on the ancient Chinese domino game and the modern American variation of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the eastern with the wild west in a wonderful game for starting gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler vs. the croupier, not like the majority of other poker games that players compete with other gamblers. By competing against the dealer, beginner players do not need to worry about other, more advanced players winning their cash.
A further Pai Gow advantage is the fairly leisurely game pace, newcomers will be able to take their time and strategize without needing to make quick decisions.
It’s also much simpler to play for an extended time with only a little bit of cash since, to lose, each of your hands needs to be lower than both of the dealer’s hands.
Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the normal 52-card standard deck and a single joker. The gambler is assigned 7 cards faces showing and the casino gets 7 cards face down.
One 5 card hand and one two card hand must be made from the 7 cards dealt, the 5 card hand has to be higher than the 2 card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be higher than the houses.
