Pai Gow Poker is a cutting-edge game with old origins. Based on the old Chinese domino game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker joins the eastern with the western in a great game for new gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player versus the casino, not like the majority of other poker games that players play against other gamblers. By gambling against the dealer, new players do not need to fret about any other, more knowledgeable players winning their cash.
An additional Pai Gow edge is the relatively slow game play, newcomers are able to take their time and strategize without needing to make quick decisions.
It is also simpler to play for a very long time with only a little amount of money seeing as, to lose, each of your hands needs to be lower than each of the houses hands.
Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the regular 52-card standard deck and one joker. The player is assigned 7 cards faces showing and the dealer receives 7 cards face down.
One five card hand and a two card hand have to be made from the seven cards dealt, the five card hand has to be better than the two card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand totals to be higher than the houses.
